Segreta endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At Segreta, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!

You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package. 

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • We exchange only if product received with defect and we need proper opening video.
  • No Exchange No Return On Sizes.
  • No Cancellation & Refund once the order is placed.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned for refunded.

3. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customer.segreta@gmail.com .
  • Provide your order number, parcel opening video, and any other relevant details.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your credit note will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.segreta@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement including shipping costs (if any).
