1. What is the Eligibility for Refunds?

To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
We exchange only if product received with defect and we need proper opening video.
No Exchange No Return On Sizes.
No Cancellation & Refund once the order is placed.

Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned for refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customer.segreta@gmail.com .
Provide your order number, parcel opening video, and any other relevant details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your credit note will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.segreta@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement including shipping costs (if any).

All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.

The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
